Craft Cocktails from the South
We serve an extensive selection of craft cocktails, with a focus on traditional Cajun favorites like the Sazerac and the Hurricane, as well as a variety of signature drinks that incorporate local flavors.
Chef John Moultrie
Chef John Moultrie’s grandmother, Mama Bazzell, was born in the early 1900’s in Louisiana. She used her passion for cooking to create her culinary point of view. That palette of distinct flavors, wrought from her Louisiana-Southern Heritage, spiced John’s childhood and can be found throughout many of the dishes on our menu.
